1. Review and adoption of minutes of prior meetings. Trussler

2. First meeting for the Library Services RFP Review Process.

This meeting will include the Staff Committee, Library Management Model Ad Hoc Committee and the Citizens Oversight Committee of the Nevada County Library.

Staff will provide background, copies of proposals and present scenarios of contracting or not contracting for services.

The Meeting Facilitator will be Lori Burkart Frank.
